With over 30 years of international experience, Pastry Chef Milad “Milo” Assaad has perfected the art of pastry and cake design. His expertise in blending fresh Arabic, French, and modern flavors, combined with his dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, ensures that every creation is a delight you'll want to enjoy again and again.

Before relocating his family to Canada from Lebanon in the early '90s, Milo spent over a decade as a pastry chef at the renowned Sands Hotel in Saudi Arabia, where he crafted exquisite desserts for high-society clients, including royalty.

Today, Milo is proud to share his passion for fine pastries and custom cakes through his very own pastry shop, which he co-owns and operates with his wife Bernadette and their youngest daughter Miriam.

Order & Cancellation Policies

Order Notice and Capacity
For custom cake orders (fondant or buttercream), we require a minimum of two weeks' notice. For regular cake orders, we ask for two to four days' notice. As we book up quickly, we are unable to accept additional orders once our capacity is reached.

Custom Cake Orders
We specialize in custom cakes and ask for at least two weeks' notice for these orders. This ensures we can dedicate the time and attention needed to bring your vision to life.

Quote Requests
We do not provide quotes over the phone. Please email us or complete the form in the "Contact Us" section for inquiries.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the intricate nature of cake and pastry artistry, any changes to your order must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be resold if canceled within 5 days of the delivery date, and full payment will be required.

Refunds and Store Credit
Deposits and full payments will only be refunded as store credit.
