With more than 30 years of international experience, Pastry Chef Milad “Milo” Assaad has mastered the art of pastry and cake design. His unique experience combining fresh Arabic, French and modern flavours – together with his strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction – will keep you coming back for more…and more!
Before moving his family to Canada from Lebanon in the early 90s, Milo worked for more than a decade as a pastry chef at the prestigious Sands Hotel in Saudi Arabia, serving high-society clients, including royalty.
Milo is proud to bring his passion for fine pastries and delectable custom cakes to his very own pastry shop, which he owns and operates with his wife Bernadette and youngest daughter Miriam.

For custom cake orders (fondant or buttercream), we require at least two weeks notice. For regular cake orders, we require two to four days notice. We book up quickly and cannot take on additional orders once we have reached our capacity.
We do not provide quotes over the phone. Please email us or fill out our form in the "Contact Us" section.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the fine details and time consuming work of cake and pastry artistry, please ensure any changes are made 5 days prior to the order delivery date. Custom orders, unfortunately, cannot be resold if cancelled within 5 days of order delivery date, full payment is required.
Any deposits or full payments will be refunded through store credit only.
